Technical Help for Trade

When placing an order, please take into account the following guidelines as this will ensure a faster turnaround:

1. All artwork must be in black and white
2. Foil blocking, de-bossing and die-cutting artwork must be BLACK image on WHITE background
3. Embossing and blind embossing artwork must be WHITE image on BLACK background
4. Foil blocking, de-bossing and die-cutting artwork must be on POSITIVE film (emulsion side down)
5. Embossing and blind embossing artwork must be on NEGATIVE film (emulsion side down)
6. All sealants used in the lithographic process must be water based
7. ALWAYS sidelay toward the RIGHT of the grip
8. Please contact us before sending your artwork to check that your programme is compatible with ours!

Largest paper size: 350mm x 500mm
Largest foiling area: 330mm x 455mm
Largest Die-cutting area: 320mm x 450mm

Please be aware that we do not charge for the cutting down of larger sheets to fit our own press.

Our machine can run a myriad of different materials including paper, card, plastic and textile.

Please allow 6mm grip and 5mm side lay (on the right) before the working edge of your image (e.g. where the foil starts)
